2020 Summer Workout

Schedule and Requirements


                        *Days of workouts:  Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays

                        *Times:  GIRLS – 6:00 AM

                                       BOYS – 4:00 PM

                           Athletes in grades 7th - 12th can attend


Summer Workout Requirements:  (Student Athletes MUST have the following items before attending Summer Workouts.)

                        *2020 AHSAA Sports Physical - schedule an appt with your family doctor or one of the below to get a physical ASAP

                        *2020 AHSAA Participation Forms (Concussion & Student Release Form)

   See below for hard copies of forms that can be printed & signed by parents and athletes 


   Parents may also sign up on DragonFlyMax – All forms can be completed digitally when you create an account on


Student Athletes will need the following items:

                        *Facemask (students need to provide their own mask)


                        *Water bottle with water and labeled with athlete's name


Who can attend June Summer Workouts:

                        *Student Athletes in grades 7-12


                        *Only GHS Students


                        *No Visitors


Student Athlete Drop-off and Pick-up:

Please enter from between the Ag Academy/High School entrance.  Athlete Drop-off will enter through the first entrance to gym and circle around to football ticket booth to exit.  Athletes are to remain in car until the COVID-19 check list has been completed. (Follow Signs)


Athlete Pick-up will enter the campus same as Drop-off.  Instead of turning to enter the gym parking lot.  The parent will drive to the Softball parking lot to pick-up their student athlete. (Follow Signs)
